Hum hot yoga, started it and for my first time. Wow did I sweat and detox my body. The heat and the sweat was just coming out of me like a leaky tap, but I have to honestly say. I feel more relaxed and at pease with my self.
I just can’t believe that it’s taking me for ever to get into it, well here is something new and something for me. Isn’t it about finding pease with in your self and find happiness with you self ?.
Well the next challenge is to learn about all the poses and what they do for your body. And also learn more about what my body can do and what it can’t do.
So now it’s research and finding out what works for me.
I’ve now been going now for over a week, and wow. I’ve notice change, and when I mean change. I mean change with me, my mental state, my body and my mobility. My mind feels stronger and my body feels cleaner and healthier.
This is only a slight change, but this change is huge to me.
Every now and again it’s like a breath of fresh air, the calm over your mind and body. That moment you find peace within your self and a Center.
Breathing is the forth most important thing to do, it’s the start of you finding that inner peace.
But what I’m finding for my self is this, I’m finding a moment of solitude and peace with in my own self, some would call it self worth.
But I call it peace of mind, and peace with my self
