Well today is the start, I sat down wrote out a list of goals.
Then i began to realize that what was the most realistic goals to start off with,
Then it hit me, start off with the basics, simple goals.
These are the kinda of goals I was thinking.
1. Start waking up earlier
2. Start eating clean and healthy
3. Start hitting the gym more often
4. Get to work 10 mins earlier
5. Start Taking yoga Classes
As you see here, these are a few of some simple goals. Mind you I have many more on my list.
I read a great book that was talking about goals and lists.
